ELIGIBILITY AND SUBMISSION INFORMATION FOR PRODUCERS GUILD AWARD:
The following materials are necessary for a production and its producers to be considered for a Producers Guild Award:
- Notice of Credits - complete one form for each production.
- Eligibility Form - each producer credited on each production must fill one out to be considered for nomination (please refer to form to see what specific producer titles are eligible for consideration - varies by award category).
- Rules & Procedures - please read thoroughly.

2009 PRODUCERS GUILD AWARDS CALENDAR
| 06/13/2008: |
Deadline for Variety, Non-Fiction and Episodic television submissions. All programs must have initially aired between
June 1, 2007 and May 31, 2008. |
| 10/06/2008: |
Television Series Nomination Ballots available. Members vote
on-line. |
| 10/31/2008: |
Twelve screeners of each Documentary Theatrical Motion Picture submission must be received by this date. |
| 11/03/2008: |
Television Series Nomination Polls close. |
| 11/07/2008: |
Deadline for Theatrical Motion Picture submissions. Theatrical Motion Picture Eligibility is determined by the rules of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). |
| 11/21/2008: |
Deadline for Long-Form Television Submissions. Long-Form Television Programs must have been initially telecast between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. |
| 12/01/2008: |
Theatrical Motion Picture and Long-Form Television Nomination Ballots available. Members vote on-line. |
| 01/02/2009: |
Theatrical Motion Picture and Long-Form Television Nomination Polls close. |
| 01/05/2009: |
Final Ballots Available (includes Television Series, Long-Form Television and Theatrical Motion Pictures. Members vote on-line. |
| 01/05/2009: |
Nominated productions announced. Official nominated producers list TBD pending the outcome of accreditation hearings. |
| 01/23/2009: |
Final polls close. |
| 01/24/2009: |
